Israel Trivino studied Business Administration at Humber College. He directs and monitors the activities of his small business such that its assets are safeguarded and optimized. He develops and implements operational policies to lead his business as prescribed by Canadian law. He ensures that all work carried out by his staff complies with his policy of integrity, high quality and quick turnaround time. Israel holds an IBA Training Certificate and a Safe-Tech Training Certificate. He is fluent in English and Spanish.

Norma is responsible for developing, implementing and executing strategic marketing plans for Israel Garage Doors. As our Business Ambassador, Norma acts as a professional representative and high-profile community leader with recognition and credibility beyond our business base in the City of Richmond Hill. Norma is fluent in English, Spanish and French.
